My wife and I had the experience of a sit down buffet courtesy of good friends. It was a delectable lunch starting from their soup to dessert. We tasted an assortment of dimsum and each one was commendable. I particularly liked their deep fried shrimp with mango rolls. I also liked their roasted duck with mango and their chicken roll. Even the main courses were cooked just right. I would say, eating at this restaurant was a delightful experience given the good food, courteous staff and pleasant ambiance.

Great dining experience. The Executive Chef was kind enough to create a special dish for us during our visit. Family style service with shareable meals. Service is also remarkable. Dumplings are a must try.

The best dining experience. Food is quality. Service is outstanding. Vicky and her team are very professional. Vicky is always checking our table if we need anything else. She speaks Chinese and English. No Tagalog. Beverage is not included. 200.89 for a can of coke. You can have free hot Oolong tea. I love all the food. The chicken feet, crispy fried prawn with mixed fruits is excellent. Chilled mango sago with pomelo is amazing . Thai-style bean curd so so masarap. I love the steamed seaweed roll. I love the ambiance. I like the dining set-up and luxurious atmosphere. If they see you with your handbags or big bag, they will provide you a bin where you can safely put all your belongings! Red Lantern never fails when it comes to food quality. Lunch was very busy and almost all tables were taken. Dining staff Dexter gave prompt attention so does the rest.

We had such a wonderful lunch at Red Lantern in Solaire for my Birthday. We booked a table for 2 and availed the Dimsum Lunch Buffet. This buffet is different as you have to order the dishes you prefer. Choices varies from Appetizers, Soups, Dimsums, Main Dishes and Desserts. Price per person is 1,188 excluding taxes and service charge. Buffet time is 11:30 to 2:30PM All the food we ordered were excellent but my favorite has to be the folloqing: Spicy Stir fry Angus Beef with Aspargus, Seaweed Soup, Deep Fried Taro Ball, Prawn Salad and Mango Sago. I was also pleasantly surprised when the staff brought a heavenly Chocolate Mousse Cake with candles compliment of Red Lantern. The cake was heavenly!!! Hot Tea and water were also served. Service was also excellent especially Gerry who made sure that we were sufficiently fed and not lacking in anything during our meal. I will definitely recommend this place if you are celebrating special occasion but make sure to book ahead as the place tends to get full.

We had a family lunch at this place recently. It was my first time here and the place was great. We ordered the following: - Sweet and sour pork with mango and strawberry - Beef hofan noodles - Deep-fried boneless lemon chicken with almond flakes and pomelo bits - Wok-fried diced Angus beef with shallots and pepper sauce - Red Lantern Yang chow fried rice - Deep-fried sesame ball with lotus paste (buchi) - Chilled snow lady with fresh cream, seasonal fruit I especially liked the sweet and sour pork as I am a fan of that dish wherever it's served. The lemon chicken with almond flakes was a miss for me. I didn't like the concept of the dish. All other dishes were good and filling. Our server was Nathan and he was very attentive to our needs. He made our dining extra special. He is the best.

As expected, the price of the food and service is expensive! But the food is very good. I recommend trying out the beef they have. It's one of my favorites. The scallop with truffles was pretty good as well. Maybe if they want some improvements, I kinda wish they had ordinary desserts too. They didn't even have ice cream which was kind of disappointing but oh well.
